Quality and customer sizing specifications are monitored throughout the manufacturing process. During the knitting process, hourly checks are performed on each machine to insure that even the smallest of imperfections are detected. The latest computerized sizing machine from LONATI™ (the Denema System), is used on a daily basis to insure that customer sizing specifications are maintained. After dyeing, further statistical sampling is done that measures dyed customer specifications to that of the actual product. To complete the inspection process, statistical sampling is performed after the final packaging of the product to give our customers the confidence that their product will be delivered to them exactly as they expect it.
